We are sure that both you and your little one will be satisfied with your purchase. If, your purchase does not meet your expectations please read our return policy carefully so we can ensure a smooth refund/credit.

Package must be postmarked 5 days from when your package was received . Please make sure to include your receipt and items with tags in original condition as well as your email address so we can issue an online credit code.

Online Returns:

We do not offer exchanges. You can drop off or mail back your return and then make a new order on our website.

Gift Returns:

If you received a gift and would like to return for a store credit. Please make sure to include your gift receipt, all items in the original condition with tags and make sure your return is received and within 3 weeks of the date on your gift receipt. Also include your name and email address if you would like an online store credit or your name and phone number if you would like an in store credit.

Store Credit/Gift Card Policy:

In order for us to keep offering our impeccable customer service and our stock most streamlined and organized, we are unable to combine online credits or gift cards with in store purchases and vice versa.

Any purchases made within a week of yom tov are not returnable.
Any items purchased on sale or using a store credit are final sale.
Mini Manilla, alimrose, bath towels, perfumes, undershirts and muslin swaddles are final sale.
