Shipping and Return Policy FAQ
- Local Delivery: We provide same-day local delivery within Lakewood and nearby areas for a flat fee of $6. Deliveries are available Sunday through Friday. Orders must be placed by 2 PM on weekdays, by 12:30 PM on Fridays during the summer, and by 11:30 AM on Fridays during the winter for same-day service. Orders placed after these cutoff times will be delivered the following delivery day.
- Pickup: Orders can be picked up from our Lakewood location. All orders are prepared and ready for pickup within 24 hours.
- Shipping: We ship via UPS with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days. There is a flat shipping rate of $7.95 for all orders.
- If tracking shows the package was delivered, we are not responsible if the customer is unable to locate it.
- Please note that items purchased on sale will often times be shipped via USPS or UPS, even if local delivery was selected.
We do not offer exchanges. You can drop off or mail back your return and then place a new order on our website. All returns must be dropped off or mailed back at the customer’s expense.
- Pickup Orders: You have 2 days from the time you are notified that your order is ready to return your item in order to receive a refund. To receive store credit, the item must be returned within 5 days.
- Local Delivery Orders: You have 2 days from the time you receive your order to return it in order to receive a refund. If you wish to receive store credit, the item must be returned within 5 days.
- Shipped Orders: Your order must be returned and scanned by the delivery service within 4 days of receiving it to qualify for a full refund (minus the original shipping cost). If the return is scanned within 7 days, you will receive store credit..
- Gift Returns: If you received a gift and would like to return it for store credit, please include the gift receipt and ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached. Returns must be received within 3 weeks of the date on the gift receipt. Please make sure there is a name and phone number attached to your order where we can apply your store credit.
Any purchases made within a week of yom tov are not returnable.
Any items purchased on sale or using a store credit are final sale. Crib linens that were opened up, alimrose, bath towels, perfumes, undershirts and muslin swaddles are final sale.

If you received a gift and would like to return it for store credit, please include the gift receipt and ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached. In order for us to keep offering our impeccable customer service and our stock most streamlined and organized, we are unable to combine online credits or gift cards with in store purchases and vice versa.
